I entered the wrong quantity — how do I fix it?
- If you haven't tapped Charge yet: just edit the qty on the cart line. Tap the qty number, type the right one.
- If you tapped Charge but customer hasn't left: ask admin to refund + ring the correct quantity.
- If customer already left: admin uses the Sale Detail page to edit the qty (if status is still "paid") OR refund + adjust.
You'll see
Sale reflects correct qty. Inventory adjusts accordingly.
