I rang the wrong product — too late, customer already paid. Now what?
- If the customer hasn't left yet, ask your admin to REFUND the sale (refunds are admin-only).
- Ring a new sale with the correct product.
- If the customer already left and won't come back: report it to your admin. They'll decide whether to leave the wrong sale in place or refund + record the variance.
