A sale is missing from my reports — where could it have gone?
- Check Sales list with no filters → search the time range when you think it happened.
- If you find it as VOIDED — that's why it's not in revenue. Voided sales don't count toward today's sales.
- If not found, check the cashier's tablet. If they were offline when the sale was rung, it's queued in IndexedDB and will sync on reconnect. Check the pending-count badge in their header.
- If the tablet was destroyed/wiped before reconnecting, the offline sale is lost. (Mitigation: client-side receipt was printed — reconcile via paper.)
