The tablet says "offline" — should I stop ringing sales?
- No — keep ringing. The system saves sales locally on the tablet (IndexedDB) and syncs to the cloud when the internet returns.
- You'll see a pending-count badge in the header showing how many sales are queued.
- Don't log out or clear the browser — that wipes the queue. Wait for sync first.
- If the network is down for hours, tell your admin so they don't worry about "missing" sales in the dashboard.
