When does the system tell me to reorder?
- Each ingredient has a Reorder Level field (Inventory → Ingredients → click row).
- When current_stock drops below that level, the dashboard "Needs restock" tile highlights the item.
- Click the alert → opens a pre-filled PO with the low-stock items pre-populated.
- Set reorder levels based on weekly usage × your supplier lead time + safety stock.
You'll see
Restock alerts appear on the dashboard automatically. Clicking the alert jumps straight to a draft PO.
