The drawer is off by ₱20 — what do I do?
- Recount the cash carefully.
- If still off: add a brief note explaining what you think happened ("₱20 short — possible undercharge on early sale" or similar).
- Submit the close-shift. Admin will see the variance + your note on the shift report.
- Don't panic over small variances (<₱50). Repeated large variances flag training opportunities.
