What do I count for the drawer when closing?
- ALL the physical cash in the drawer at closing time.
- Include: bills (any denomination), coins, opened rolls.
- Do NOT include: GCash (digital), credit-card sales (terminal), receipts, IOUs (those would be cash drops or tabs you should have logged).
- Count twice if the variance is >₱20 — humans miscount under fatigue.
