The "Cashier Performance" report — what's it for?
- Reports → Cashier Performance. Pick a date range.
- Shows per cashier: transactions rung, gross sales, average ticket size, refunds issued, discounts given, drawer variance trend.
- Use it to spot training opportunities (low avg ticket = upsell training) and red flags (high refund rate, persistent drawer variance).
