What does the green/amber/red dot on a product tile mean?
- The dot reflects current sellable units for that product based on its recipe + ingredient stock.
- Green = plenty (more than ~10 servings remaining).
- Amber = low (5-10 servings, often shows a number).
- Red = out (zero servings; tile shows SOLD OUT and is disabled).
- Cashier sees the dot on every tile in POS — useful for proactively switching customers to in-stock alternatives.
