The receipt didn't print — what do I do?
- Tap the Reprint button on the success screen (or in Sales → click the sale → Print Receipt).
- If still nothing: check the printer (paper, lid, power, network connection).
- Tell your admin if the printer is offline — they can switch to kiosk-print or alert the supplier.
- In the meantime: rip a paper one. The sale is still recorded properly in the system.
